Analytics

When you navigate the Analytics page, you can enter a start and end date/time. If you want to gather "lifetime" analytics, leave these blank and click "Run Analytics". 

After running the analytics, you will get a dropdown view divided up by Member's Analytics, Activity Analytics, and Order Analytics. 

Member's Analytics

• Membership Signups
  • Bar graph showing which times orders are completed
• Membership Types
  • Pie chart showing membership types sold

Activity Analytics

• Activity Time
  • Bar graph showing which times activity occurs
• Activity Types
  • Pie chart showing rentals sold

Order Analytics

• Order Times
  • Bar graph showing which times orders are completed
• Products
  • Pie chart showing products sold

If you do not see the statistics you require, submit a support ticket here 

NOTE: For systems with larger data, you may experience longer wait times to gather the data. You should not be using this page often as it is very resource-heavy. It is also recommended that only managers have access to run analytics.
