Suspend Order

When clicking Suspend on the Order Page, the order is paused. For example, you can visit the Members page to check more people in and create new memberships. When Suspend has been activated, the button will be replaced with "Resume".

You would use this feature if you have a group of people and one person is paying. You will start the order with the first person to pay. 

For example, John, Jane, and Lisa are at the facility. John is paying for the group. You would find John's membership and check him in. You would then click suspend and find Jane's account. Check Jane in, click "Resume", wait for the order to switch to John's name again, and click suspend again. Repeat the process for Lisa. After all three have been checked in, ensure you have clicked "Resume", and the order will be in John's name. You can check out, and all three members will be checked in.
