Members Search/View

On the Members Page, you will see a table displaying some members. Your table will not show every member in the system.

To search for a member, use the search bar below the navigation bar. You can search by the following.

  • Member name (first, last, or both)
  • Member ID
  • Membership type
  • Member DOB
  • State ID Number

Enter your search and press Enter to get results. When using the search feature, you will only see your search results. Clear the search bar and hit Enter to reset.

In the table view of members, you will see the following.

  • Name
  • DOB
  • Membership Type
  • Membership Expires Date
  • Actions
    • Check-In
    • View Member
    • Edit Member

When you click the Check-In action button, you will select the rental they are renting. You will enter the number for the rental and can add notes if you need to. You then can add the member to a waitlist, which will add a waitlist icon to the home screen under that member's rental information. You may also see notes about the member if the membership is tagged (more info below)

Clicking the View Member action button will show you all the information about the member. You then have some more options to include the following.

  • Create Order
    • Goes to the order page with that specific member as the customer
    • Member History
      • View the history of the member (activity and orders)

Clicking the Edit Member action button will show you all the information about the member and allow for editing. After editing a member, ensure you click the Save Information button. If you change the membership type, you will be brought to the Order page to check out the member. You have some additional options to include the following.

  • Upload File
    • Upload any file to the member account
  • Delete Member
    • Deletes the member from the system
  • Do Not Admit
    • Adds the member to the DNA list. They will not be able to be checked in. You must add a note to the member for why you are adding them to this list
  • Tag
    • Adds a tag to the membership so every employee checking the member in or creating an order for the member will see the notes before they do. You must add a note to the member with information about why they are tagged.
