Create Members
After clicking "Create Membership" from the Members page, you will be brought to the "Create Membership" form.
To scan an ID, read the article under the Members Page category titled "Scanning ID's" in the Knowledgebase.
The following fields are available for you to edit in the Create Membership form.
- First Name
- Middle Name
- Last Name
- Suffix
- Date of Birth
- EMail (optional)
- Type of Membership
- ID State (options include Military ID, Passport, or Other)
- ID Number
- Guest Notes
Be sure to add any other information in the Guest Notes section.
After clicking the "Submit" button, you will be brought to the Order page to cash out the new member.
If your system settings are configured to ask for electronically signed waivers, you will be prompted after checkout to have the member electronically sign the waiver. To e-sign the waiver, read the article under the Members Page category titled "E-Signed Waivers" in the Knowledgebase.
