System Settings
On the System Settings Options page, you can alter different settings all users will experience.
NOTE: You must have permission to change system settings
Updates
At the top of this page, you can manually check for updates. Click "Check for update" to view what version you are on. If an update is available, you will see which version is being downloaded and receive a system notification when the update is ready. You must close the application and re-open it to install the new update.
Next to the updates button, you can view the Changelog. Clicking this will show a view of what is new in the previous update. For a better (and formatted) view, click "Yes" to open the Changelog on https://github.com and view previous versions.
Business Settings
You can view your business settings, including Business Name, Address, Number, and Email. Click "Edit Business Settings" to alter these fields. You must click "Save" for these changes to take effect.
Under Business Settings, you will also see Waiver Settings. This is an HTML view of your business's Waiver. Click "Edit Waiver" to alter the HTML of your Waiver (You can request the developer to create this Waiver for you if you have trouble). You must click "Save" for these changes to take effect. Under the Waiver view, you can turn on/off the use of the E-Sign Waiver (disabled by default) by switching the toggle.
Other System Settings
- Quickbooks - Do not use
- Currently not active
- Import Membership Mode
- Enabling this will ONLY enable for your user account. View the Import Membership Mode Knowledgebase Article under the Member's Page
- Save Directory
- This setting NEEDS to be configured on every machine (computer) the system is run on. This setting is where the register reports will saved. Click "Edit Save Dir" to choose where the files will be saved. Managers will receive emails if this setting is not configured. It should be noted that some tablets will have issues with this because they lack the same file structure as desktops
- Hide Non-purchased Products from Report
- Enable this setting to only show products that have been purchased on the reports. Leave disabled to show all products
- This is for the generated/final register reports that get saved to the save dir
- Inventory Warning Emails
- This setting is where emails will be sent when inventory is running low (if configured on the Products page)
- Checkout Message
- What will the message be when employees check members out
- Shift Times
- Times for Day, Evening, and Night shifts (Should be formatted as 7am - 3pm, for example)
- Include Expired Time In Renew

If enabled, when a member's rental expires and they renew, it will ADD the rental time to however long it has expired. For example, if a rental is one hour and someone's rental has expired by 30 minutes, it will be 30 minutes left when they renew. If this is NOT selected, it will add the one hour no matter what

- Mandatory Notes for DNA
- Require notes when adding/removing people from the Do Not Admit and Tag list
- Prevent DNA members from checking in
- When you attempt to add a rental to a DNA member's order, it will give you a warning. With this enabled, it will not even be possible.
NOTE: All users may have to log out and re-login or close and re-open the application to see these changes.
