Account Settings

You can add/edit/delete user accounts from the Account Settings page. 

NOTE: You must have permission to use this page.

 

Click "Add Account" to create an account. You will fill out the new account's Display Name, Email, Rank (Employee or Manager), and Permissions. When a new account is created, its Password is automatically set to "P@SSW0RD" (Zero as the O in 'WORD'). The user will receive an email to reset their Password. You must click "Save" to create the account. 

 

Below the "Add Account" button, you will see a list of all accounts. You will see the accounts Display Name, Rank, and Actions including Edit, Delete, and Reset Password. 

 

When you click "Edit", the "Create Account" field will fill with that account's information. You can not manually edit an account's Password (click "Reset Password"). This page is where you will edit an account's permissions.

When you click "Delete" on an account, it will NOT delete the account from the system. Please note this will "disable" the account. The developer will receive an Email to delete the account. Until the account is deleted, you cannot create an account with that email. If a user can not log in, please use the "Reset Password" function and wait until they receive the email. 

 

When you click "Reset Password", the user will receive an email to reset their Password. Please be patient when waiting for this email. Please place a support ticket if you do not receive it within an hour. 

 

NOTE: You may see a "Verify EMail" button. You do NOT need to complete this but it may help in the future.
